We envision a world where every child and young person is educated and empowered to effectively deal with mental health issues.
By creating safe environments, having open conversations, and empowering young leaders, we aim to decrease the stigma that surrounds mental illness and make it a part of normal every day life!
Our vision is to empower young people to positively manage their own mental health and wellbeing and support others.
Our mission is to provide programs that educate, engage and empower young people to support and maintain their own mental health and prevent suicide in the community

Zero2Hero aims to educate young people about mental health, mental illness and suicide prevention.
Engage young people in open conversations to eliminate the stigma around mental health.
Empower young leaders to become mental health heroes.
It’s simple. We exist to improve young people’s mental health and wellbeing, and ultimately prevent suicide in Australia.
Our current mental health system is geared toward treatment rather than prevention, but we believe providing support before the point of crisis is crucial if we want to prevent suicide.
That’s why we need to start with our young people!
